You hear about birth plans, but why don't people have postpartum plans? The postpartum period can feel so lonely and overwhelming. As a full time postpartum doula and sleep consultant, I have made it my goal to make this time easier and more enjoyable, while supporting people during this transitional time. In this podcast, I am going to talk about everything and anything that comes along with the postpartum period. I want to be your postpartum bestie by offering support, reassurance, and tips & tricks!
